I wanted to represent the growing and blossoming of a person with this concept. It took me a couple of weeks to figure out how I wanted to make this photoshoot and who I wanted to make it with. I started choosing the clothing and setting and while looking for what flowers to use in a flower shop I saw these pink lilies, and I knew those were the ones. My mom seemed to be the perfect model to convey this concept because she has had a lot of development and growth in her life, so this was my went to pay tribute to all the hard work she has done for us throughout her life. Including me and my sister in some of the pictures was a way to represent how her work has given results.
